Jour du Souvenir

For November, I thought it would be appropriate to provide a few videos and helpful links to help support student learning surrounding Remembrance Day.

By visiting the Government of Canada's "Anciens Combattants" site, you can access a variety of resources to incorporate French materials in your classroom. The site indicates appropriate grade levels for their activities and even offers "Guide d'enseignants".

There are also other resources for students. Every year, they post a new booklet "Prendre le temps de se souvenir." In the past, there have been separate booklets for French and English, but in recent years, it appears that they combined them to make one bilingual resource.
